Homes have Maitland 32751 mailing addresses but are in unincorporated Seminole County, not inside City of Maitland limits. Some websites list it under Altamonte Springs, but it is not inside that city either.

Hidden Estates has 56 single-family homes, according to state parcel records. Most were built from 1967 to 1971, with a few built later, most recently in 2025.
