No. Lochside is Taylor Morrison's gated single-family community on Loch Leven. Southloch, just to the south, is a separate Taylor Morrison condominium of two-story townhomes. Loch Leven is an older gated neighborhood built from 1999, Lancaster at Loch Leven is a 2006–2011 neighborhood off Meadenhall Boulevard, and Loch Leven Park is a separate townhome community.
