Southloch is off US-441 and Fiddler Drive, on Armadale Drive, Balmerino Way, Gladstone Way and nearby streets, just south of Lochside. Homes have Mount Dora 32757 addresses and are inside City of Mount Dora limits.

Condominium townhomes only. Taylor Morrison plans about 180 two-story units, according to the builder and news coverage; county records do not list the units yet. MLS listings and sales show units of about 1,070 to 1,430 square feet with 2 or 3 bedrooms, built in 2026. MLS records list some as condos and some as townhouses.

Over the past two years (MLS data, October 2026), new units in Southloch sold 17 times for a median of about $250,000, from about $199,000 to $335,000. For today's listings, see the top of this page.

Recent MLS listings show association dues of about $353 per month as of October 2026. Lake County's CDD map and Florida's official list of special districts don't show a community development district (CDD) for Southloch, but check the property tax bill for any special assessments.

No. Southloch is a separate Taylor Morrison condominium of two-story townhomes, just south of Lochside, the builder's gated single-family community on Loch Leven. A few Southloch listings on Gladstone Way say they are in Lochside, but those homes are in Southloch. Loch Leven, Loch Leven Park and Lancaster at Loch Leven are separate, unrelated neighborhoods.
