Oakview is off West Kelly Park Road, on Laurel Site Loop, Turkey Outlook Road and Darlington Vista Lane; builder listings place it about a mile from SR 429. It is inside City of Apopka limits, with Apopka 32712 addresses.

Oakview has new single-family homes by Risewell Homes (formerly Landsea Homes). The 2024 plat has 113 homesites, and Orange County Property Appraiser records show 23 homes completed in 2025, with more being built and sold in 2026. Based on MLS listings and sales from the past two years, homes range from about 1,940 to 2,900 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms, and most are two-story.
