Lakehaven is on Schofield Road near Cook Road and US 27, in the Wellness Way area. It has Clermont addresses but is in unincorporated Lake County, outside Clermont city limits.

Lakehaven Estates has Pulte single-family homes and townhomes, in townhome, 34' and 40' bungalow, Classic (50') and Estate collections. Del Webb Lakehaven has new single-family homes with 2 to 5 bedrooms. Every home in MLS records so far was built in 2026.

Lakehaven is new, and MLS records show only one closed sale so far: a single-family home at about $538,000 (MLS data, October 2026). That isn't enough sales history for a reliable median. HOA dues differ between the two neighborhoods, and recent MLS listings show higher dues in Del Webb Lakehaven than in Lakehaven Estates, so confirm current dues with the association for the specific home. Lake County Schools' 2026-27 school zones place Lakehaven in Sawgrass Bay Elementary, Windy Hill Middle and East Ridge High School.
