Can you rent out a home in Laureate Park?

Yes, with limits. The Laureate Park Master Association requires a 12-month minimum lease, and every lease must be registered with the association within 10 days for a $200 fee. New-construction homes can't be rented during the first year of ownership. The City of Orlando's home-sharing rules, in effect since July 1, 2018, allow stays under 30 days only when the resident lives on site and is present. Renting out an entire home short term counts as a commercial dwelling unit, which needs different zoning and licensing, so whole-home rentals under 30 days aren't allowed in Laureate Park.
